Young New Zealand pianist Lixin Zhang has won every major piano competition in New Zealand and received the Silver Medal at the 2021 Gina Bachauer International Young Artists Piano Competition. His passion for teaching and desire to pass on musical excellence to the next generation of aspiring young musicians led him to found ToneAce Academy.
Our Mission
At ToneAce Academy, we believe every student deserves to receive formal and refined training in the art of piano playing. Our goal is to promote musical excellence in New Zealand and help students gain confidence through achieving their full musical potential. With the support of our ToneAce Partners and some of this generation's best young musicians from Colburn/ Curtis/ Juilliard/ Yale, ToneAce aims to deliver a fun and first-class learning experience to aspiring music students in New Zealand.
